Who are we?

We are a New York City-based baby subscription box company founded by two new parents wanting to make your new parenting journey easier. When we became new parents, we spent thousands of dollars trying to find the right products for our newborn, and soon our rooms are cluttered with unused items. There are literately thousands of baby products in the nursery industry, and choices can be overwhelming. We created Babypallet to make products selection simpler, we assembled a team of meticulous experts to test and experience the products, each of our box is carefully selected for the age and gender of your baby. We are here to simplify your new parenting journeys, and together we donate 10% of profits to ChildFund International.

What is Make A Difference?

Being a first-time parent make you realize that babies are fragile and vulnerable without proper cares. We are committed to spreading the power of love and helping children in need through our monthly subscription service. Our social mission "Make A Difference" is the core of everything we do.

Will 10% of profits got help children in need?

At the end of the each quarter, we look at our net profits and 10% of that number goes to help children in need through ChildFund International. If you have an organization to recommend for our support, please forward their info via Contact Us.

What kinda items are included in Babypallet?

We put a great deal of efforts and time into selecting your monthly box. We work very closely with brand and retail partners to ensure that we send useful products every month. Every month you will receive a box with four or more carefully selected items tailored to the age and gender of your child, from newborn up to 3 years. These products could be anything from toys, books, foods and household items.

Why don't you ship in fancy box?

Please understand our causes. All premium packing materials and cost of printing info cards could be saved and donate toward charity.

How do I get help fast?

Click contact and send us a message directly. We usually respond within 6 hours. We even work on the weekend.

why is my subscription being cancelled?

Currently we only for subscription service for newborn up to 3 years old. If your child is older than 3 years old your future subscription will be automatically cancelled.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Monthly subscription boxes can be returned for refund within 30 days as long as merchandise is in original condition and packaging, less a return fee to cover shipping. Return shipping is at buyers expense.

Store items are eligible for return for refund within 30 days receipt, less a return fee to cover shipping. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned. All returns or exchanges must be in original condition and packaging, shipping & handling are non-refundable. Return shipping is at buyers expense.

When does Babypallet ship monthly box?

Unlike other subscription services, we don't like complications. We want to keep your subscription experience as simple as shopping online. If you are a subscriber, your box will be shipped in 5-10 business days after your billing/renewal date. Same applies to new customers, if you sign up today your box will be shipped in 5-10 business days. When your box ship each month, you will be notified by email. 

My monthly box is missing or is damaged. What should I do?

In the rare case monthly box is missing or is damaged, please contact us and we will have it shipped in no time.

What are my shipping options?

To make your Babypallet experience as simple as possible, we ship all boxes with USPS.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. A flat $5 monthly shipping apply to outside the contiguous 48 states.

Why haven't I received a shipping notification email?

Double check your email address, maybe its in your spam folder. Your user account will also show your tracking information when your box shipped. Otherwise our shipping guys might forget to update your account, please give us a heads up.

How do I change shipping address?

You can update your shipping address at at any time from your "Account" page. To update a shipping address, click “Change Address” under the subscription. Shipping addresses must be updated before the 10th of the month to take effect for that month’s shipment.


What is your cancellation policy?

We want to make your subscription experience as simple as possible, we do not lock you into multi-month subscriptions. All subscriptions can be cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription, visit your “Account” page. Please note that if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle. For 6 Months and Yearly subscriptions you will receive your partial refund on the remaining billing cycles.

When will my account be renewed and billed?

All of our subscriptions are renew automatically each month unless canceled. You will be billed for your subscription immediately upon signup. All of our subscriptions will automatically renew on the same date at the time of signup.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept major credit cards via Paypal.

Are my payments secure?

Currently Paypal is the most secure payment gateway available on the internet. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


How do I claim a gift subscription?

Visit our Claim Gift page enter the Gift Code, and your account will be credited for the gift subscription.

How do I give a friend a gift?

Please head to Give as Gift. You can either email a gift card or print a voucher to a gift recipient.

What if I purchased a gift subscription, then realize that used the wrong Email for the recipient?

Don't worry, just contact us and we will get it sorted out in no time.
